When your order ships you will receive an email with a clickable tracking number. You can also search the number in Google which will show the related shipping company.

Once an order is placed, we cannot make edits to either the contents or the shipping address. If you need to cancel the order, please contact us at support@knsupps.com with your order number as soon as possible. There is a short window when we can cancel an order before it is fulfilled.

A carrier may sometimes mark a package as 'delivered' before it is actually dropped off. If this is the case give it 2 more business days. If you've not received it by then please email us at support@knsupps.com with your order number.
